The Sandusky fleet is generally going to operate within Ontario, Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.  There is the potential for some multiple fleet events held between Sandusky's fleet and the Northeast Fleet, since the two operate fairly close to one another.  Basically, we're using Sandusky, Ohio as the central point.

Anyone who thinks it's reasonable to drive that far is more than welcome.   Whether you're a Stevenson Projects boat owner/builder, or someone who is just interested, feel free to swing by one of our events.  The details of events will be forthcoming.  In the meantime, please feel free to swing by the Sandusky Fleet forum within the Backyard Yacht Builders association (BYYB). 

2003 Fleet Activities:

  • Saturday, May 17th, 2003 - Boatshed in Livonia.  Completed
  • Memorial Day - Day sailing in Ohio.  Completed
  • Saturday, June 7th, 2003 - Boatshed in Livonia.  Completed
  • Saturday/Sunday June 28/29th - Fleet messabout in Senacaville, Ohio, on Lake Seneca.   More details will be posted in the byyb main discussion forum and sandusky fleet forum.
  • Saturday/Sunday August 23/24th - Fleet messabout in Eastpoint, Ohio on the waters of Sandusky bay.  More details will be posted in the byyb sandusky fleet forum.
